1)  Copy these four data columns from Excel or other spreadsheet

      •  Cost (amount to amortize)
      •  Term
2)  Paste to the software
      Calculate amortization, accumulated and book value as of
          •  Any prior month or year end
          •  Current month or date-to-date accounting period
          •  Any future month or year end

          Amortization results for each record
               View a record's lifetime monthly schedule
          Calculated subtotals for each general ledger account
               Includes branch, department, cost and revenue center accounts 
     •  Journal Voucher debit and credit posting source document

Calculation Methods Supported
Terms of 1 to 999 months (1 month term recognizes entire amount) 
1)  Monthly: Straight line
2)  Monthly: In service, date to date, actual days in month with partial first and last months
3)  Monthly accelerated: Sum of the years digits, Rule of 78's for any term in months
4)  Calendar date: Accounting periods are day, days, week, weeks, 4-4-5, any date-to-date
